Mini house in Colombia: small, ecological and... rich in lights

Living in a small space without sacrificing comfort is entirely possible. Here is a Colombian tiny house illuminated by Creative-Cables lighting fixtures.
They represent a cost-effective yet very practical and versatile housing solution, providing all the comfort of a traditional house despite their small size. These tiny houses allow you to live freely by making the most of the space, and it is precisely for this reason that they are experiencing a real boom worldwide.
Mostly built using green construction methods, with wood or other eco-friendly and sustainable materials, tiny houses are insulated both acoustically and thermally. They are completely customizable and can adapt to any style: industrial, rural, shabby chic, Scandinavian... The chosen solution for this temporary 20-square-meter mini house presented by Jorge Posada and Juan Carlos Correa / KZs Modulares at ExpoCamacol 2022, Colombia's main architecture and design fair, was to blend a minimalist and clean style with a more rustic one, featuring linear modules and exposed chipboard panels alternating with white walls and large windows. Natural light takes center stage, and when the lights go out, it's the Creative-Cables lamps that shine.
The star of the kitchen area is a two-armed pendant light, wall-mounted with lampshades that allow you to light the work table directly.
Coordinated but with a lampshade in a different shade, the simple pendant light above the bed illuminates the space while keeping the living and sleeping areas somewhat separate without creating a contrast that could weigh down a small room.
The Creative-Cables lamps also play a leading role in the bathroom of this Colombian tiny house: a simple pendant lamp with a concrete lampshade illuminates the sink, the focal point of the bathroom. The style is chic and minimalist.
And for the outdoors? The tiny house is perfect for using products from the EIVA line, designed for outdoor use. Outdoor lamps are available with a single socket, in multiple-arm configurations, or as a string of lights, with a visible bulb or lampshade, with a rosette or plug-in (all 100% customizable on the configurator). To brighten a corner of the garden or add style to a party.
