MOSAIC S.p.A. has adopted company Procedures and Policies in line with the European Union General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR– Reg EU 2016/679), in order to ensure high security standards and rules aimed at enabling the proper processing of Personal Data.
Data Protection Officer
Mosaic has appointed, pursuant to Article 37 of the GDPR, a Data Protection Officer. Authorized data processors
Data is processed by internal and external staff of the Group's companies, who are properly identified, trained, and act as authorized personnel for data processing.
Data retention periods
Data is retained only for as long as is strictly necessary for the purposes of processing.

What are cookies
Cookies are small strings of text exchanged between a website and the user's browser each time they access a website. The general provision of the Privacy Authority (Official Gazette No. 126 of June 3, 2014) defines two types of cookies:

- Profiling cookies – Used to record a user’s behavior and expressed preferences in order to send advertising messages tailored to their profile.
