Can I return the products I purchased?

If you decide not to keep the products purchased on our website, you can exercise what is called the "right of withdrawal". You have a period of 14 days from the receipt of the products to change your mind about the entire order or part of it.

The products must be returned intact, in impeccable condition, and in their original packaging. The right of withdrawal does not apply to custom-made products or those that have been personalized, including products made using a configurator.

What is the procedure to follow to make a return or request a refund?

You can independently request a return in your reserved area. On the "My Account" page, you will find the "My Return Requests" section. Simply click on "Add a new request" and enter your order reference. If you do not know your order reference, you can find it in "My Orders," also in your customer account.

How can I return my package to you?

In the "My return requests" section, please download and attach the transport voucher to the package. Once this step is completed, you will be ready to proceed with the return by going to one of the Colissimo collection points indicated in the complete list available here:

When and how will I receive my refund?

Once the returned products are received at the warehouse and their condition and integrity have been verified, we will initiate the refund (still within 30 days from the date of receipt). You can monitor the status of your request at any time in the 'My return requests' section.


We won’t be able to issue a refund until all products have been received and verified. The refund will be processed using the same payment method chosen during the order.


Creative-Cables will deduct £6.95 for handling the return request.
In the event that the product you have received is incorrect or delivered damaged, the order can be returned in its entirety and will be fully refunded.

In which cases will I not receive a refund?

Below are listed the cases in which no refund is provided:

Expired terms: You have up to 14 days to change your mind about the entire order or even just a part of it.

Customised products: all customised orders or those created using the configurator.

Unauthorised shipments: shipments managed independently by the customer without a request through the return form and without coordination with the designated courier.

In-store returns: returns of online orders made at Creative-Cables stores are not accepted.
