Can I return a product?
If you changed your mind about the order, you can exercise your right of withdrawal within 14 days from when you received your products. The order can be returned partly or in full.
All products must be returned to Creative-Cables intact, in unaltered conditions and complete with the original packaging. Right of withdrawal does not apply to tailored or visibly customised products, including the ones made using the configurator.

I have a discount code, how do I use it?

Enter your discount code in the appropriate field directly in the shopping cart, before proceeding with the checkout of the order.


How do I get a refund for my return?
You can submit a return request from your account. Go to “My account”, where you will find the section “My return requests”. Then click on “Submit new request” and insert your order reference. If you’re unsure about the order reference you will find it in the “My orders” section in your account. Are your products covered by warranty?

All products sold on the Creative-Cables website are covered by a 2-year warranty.


What is the difference between a 2 core cable and a 3 core cable?

The 2 core cables have two copper conductors inside: one for the Live phase (brown) and one for the Neutral phase (blue). Most of the Creative-Cables lamp holders on the site are composed of a cover cup of the selected finish and an internal thermoplastic lamp holder that requires a 2 core cable.

The 3 core cables have three copper conductors inside: one for the Live phase (brown), one for the Neutral phase (Blue) and one for the Earth phase (yellow/green). The conductor for the Earth phase must be used for lamp holders that do not contain any non-conductive components, such as our double ferrule metal lamp holders.

Installation of Creative-Cables products
How to peel a cable? . . .

To peel an electrical fabric cable, you’ll need a roll of adhesive tape, a pair of scissors and, optionally, a pair of electrical pliers.

  1. Put a strip of adhesive tape at a distance of about two centimeters from the end of the electrical fabric cable you want to peel. In this way, when peeling the cable, its fabric won’t unfold completely.
  2. With the scissors, cut the cable in the proximity of the tape. Be careful to cut only the fabric and plastic layer and not the electric wires underneath. Now, pull the fabric and the plastic layer away. Now the electric wires are exposed.
  3. Finally, to remove the cable cover and expose the electric wires, you can use your electrical pliers to pinch the cover and remove it, if you have them. Otherwise, you can use your scissors. By applying a bit of pressure to the cover, you should now be able to pull and uncover the metal wires.

Can I install your products myself?

Creative-Cables products must be handled by specialised personnel and installed safely, taking care to disconnect the centralised power supply during the work.


Are Creative Cables products certified?

All Creative-Cables components and lamps are certified according to current safety standards.

How long does it take to prepare my order?

Your order will be prepared within 48 hours after receipt of payment. 

If there are assemblies in your order, the preparation may take slightly longer as all our products are assembled in house once an order has been placed.
