Policy
Spider suspension with 5 pendants is composed by:
1 white metal rose, diameter 120 with ceiling fixing bracket and earthing (5 holes).
5 E27 lamp holders in thermoplastic material ENEC-IMQ certified with white metal cup. Max 105W for each lamp holder.
5 pieces of cable H03VVF 2x0,75 IMQ-HAR certified.
10 conical or cylindrical cable clamps, CE certified.
2 WAGO connectors with 5 entries and 1 WAGO connector with 2 entries, both compliant with EN 60998 regulation.
Cable ceiling fixing - At your choice, 5 hook anchors or White decentralizers.
Attention! Light bulbs are NOT included.
The crisp and natural finish of the linen, the soft and delicate Grey color, the White rosette and lamp holder: a light and delicate Spider, perfect for bright environments.
You can configure Spider, the great suspension of Creative-Cables, according to your preferences: you can choose whether to have it with conical or cylindrical cable clamps, and still choose whether to have metal hooks or decentralizers for cable ceiling fixing. In addition, Spider can be purchased in a "DIY" kit or with the single pendants already assembled.
Each of the 5 pendants has a length of 4 meters so that it can be adapted to any room and configuration.
If you select the option DIY kit you will receive full lengths of cable to be cut into the individual 4 m pendant lengths; then, each pendant should be connected by a professional electrician.
If you select the option Assembled each 4 m pendant will be cut and wired to the ceiling rose and the lamp holders ready for wiring to the power source. In case you want to shorten the pendants, you should entrust the job to a qualified electrician.
Spider is provided with anything that is needed for its installation. The lamp holders included in the Spider have an E27 fitting, so you can install a large variety of bulbs.
Quantity of light, temperature and shape: choose your favorite bulb to complete your Spider!

If you changed your mind about the order, you can exercise your right of withdrawal within 14 days from when you received your products. The order can be returned partly or in full. All products must be returned to Creative-Cables intact, in unaltered conditions and complete with the original packaging. Right of withdrawal does not apply to tailored or visibly customised products, including the ones made using the configurator.
