In accordance with Article 52 of the Legislative Decree of September 6, 2005, No. 206 (the "Consumer Code"), you have the right to withdraw from the contract entered into with Mosaic. S.p.A. ("Creative Cables"), for any reason and without having to provide any explanation, under the conditions set forth below.
1.1 The right of withdrawal is excluded, pursuant to Art. 59, paragraph c) of the Consumer Code, for the supply of goods made to measure or clearly personalized. Products that fall under the category of personalized products, for the purposes of this article, also include products made using the online configurator available on the Site and products designed through the "Illuminate Me" consulting service.
1.2 In cases other than the exception mentioned in the previous point, the Consumer Customer may withdraw from the Contract within 14 (fourteen) days from the date on which the Consumer Customer – or a third party designated by them to receive the Products – takes physical possession of the Products.
1.3 To exercise the right of withdrawal, the Consumer Customer must, within the deadline set forth in art. 1.2, must inform Creative Cables of their decision to withdraw from the Contract, using one of the following methods:

(a) the completion of a return request within the reserved area. On the “My Account” page there is a section called “My Return Requests”; simply click on “Add New Request” and enter the order reference (which can be found in the “My Orders” section);

(b) the use of the link and the subsequent guided procedure available on the Website in the "RETURNS AND REFUNDS" section;

(c) through any other explicit statement of their decision to withdraw from the Contract.
1.4 If the Consumer Customer exercises the right of withdrawal, Creative Cables will refund the full amount received from the Consumer Customer, including standard delivery costs, within 14 (fourteen) days from the day Creative Cables is informed of the exercise of the right of withdrawal. However, Creative Cables reserves the right to withhold the refund until it has received the Products, or until the Consumer Customer has demonstrated that they have sent them back, depending on which situation occurs first.
1.5 The products must be returned without undue delay and in any case within 14 (fourteen) days from the date on which the Consumer Customer has informed Creative Cables of their decision to withdraw from the Contract. The deadline is considered met if the Consumer Customer sends back the products before the end of the aforementioned period. The products must be returned to the following address:
Mosaic S.p.A. – Lungo Dora P. Colletta n. 113/9 – 10153 – Turin (TO), Italy.
1.6 The risk of returning the Products remains with the Consumer Customer until the moment of delivery to Creative Cables or to the person appointed by them for the collection.
1.7 The direct costs of returning the Products shall be borne by the Consumer Customer, in accordance with Article 57 of the Consumer Code, unless otherwise stated in these Conditions or on the Site.
1.8 Creative Cables reserves the right to withhold from the refund an amount corresponding to the decrease in value of the returned products, should this decrease be caused by handling of the products other than what is strictly necessary to establish their nature, characteristics, and functionality, in accordance with Article 57, paragraph 2, of the Consumer Code.
1.9 The Consumer Customer is responsible for any decrease in value of the Products resulting from handling other than what is necessary to establish their nature, characteristics, and functioning.
1.10 Creative Cables will provide the refund using the same method of payment used by the Consumer Customer for the initial transaction, unless otherwise agreed between the parties.
1.11 Subject to the provisions of this article, the Consumer Customer may not request the cancellation of the order once it is in the processing or shipping phase, as indicated in the order status within the reserved area of the Site. In such cases, the Consumer Customer may still exercise the right of withdrawal in accordance with these General Conditions of Sale, after receiving the Products.
