1. Using gift cards.
Gift Cards may only be used to buy products on www.creative-cables.co.uk. The total of the order is subtracted from the Gift Card. Any leftover credit remains on the Gift Card to be used on future orders. It the total is superior to the amount available on the Gift Card, the difference must be payed for through any another method of payment accepted by www.creative-cables.co.uk. There are no additional costs to using a Gift Card.
2. Limitations.
Gift Cards last for 12 months after the date on which they are purchased. Gift Cards may not be used to buy additional Gift Cards. Gift Cards may not be topped up, sold, or converted into cash.
3. In case of loss.
Risk of loss of a Gift Card and its ownership are transferred from the buyer at time of purchase to the recipient or carrier upon delivery. We deny any responsibility in case of loss, theft, destruction, or unauthorised use of the Gift Card.

The gift card can be used in part or divided into seperate orders, in up to 12 months after it's activated.
Using it is easy: just enter the alphanumerical code on the back of the card into the voucher box at checkout.
The gift card is posted in a hand made burgundy kraft envelope.
How long does it take to prepare my order?
We diligently process orders at our central warehouse in Italy, aiming to dispatch them within 48 to 72 hours. For orders including customized products from our 'Configurator' section, please anticipate a slightly extended dispatch timeframe. After dispatch, the estimated delivery period is around 48/72 hours, ensuring your items arrive promptly and securely.

Description
If you changed your mind about the order, you can exercise your right of withdrawal within 14 days from when you received your products. The order can be returned partly or in full. All products must be returned to Creative-Cables intact, in unaltered conditions and complete with the original packaging. Right of withdrawal does not apply to tailored or visibly customised products, including the ones made using the configurator.
